With the import feature, you can upload existing PDF worksheets to Scibly and continue editing them.How import works
- Click the icon in the toolbar
- Drag your worksheet into the window, or click to select a file
- Choose a conversion mode (see below) and click “Convert”
- Scibly extracts the content and inserts it into the editor automatically ✨
Conversion modes
Two modes are available when importing:⚡ Classic
Fast conversion using OCR text recognition — works with all supported file formats and long documents. Extracts text, embedded images, and mathematical formulas. Results are ready in seconds.
✨ Smart
AI-powered conversion that understands the content and structure of your worksheet, automatically detecting interactive elements like fill-in-the-blank and multiple-choice. Takes a bit longer, but delivers significantly better results — especially for complex layouts.PDF files only.
Requires a Lehrer or Lehrer Plus plan and counts toward your monthly quota.

Export a worksheet as PDF 📤
Once your worksheet is ready, you can share it digitally and also export and print it as a PDF.How export works
- Click the icon in the toolbar
- Adjust export settings as needed
- Click “Export as PDF”
Customize export settings 🎨
In the export dialog, you can customize your PDF layout. There are three tabs:- Content – Add fields such as subject, class, or date. You can fill them yourself or leave them blank for students.
- Logo – Add your school logo and adjust size and position.
- Layout – Configure visual style with borders, colors, and spacing.
